The Professional Artist Program offers special value for artists who produce works to sell.

Selling artists keep many completed works on hand and constantly produce new ones. Registration of this inventory at $10 per artwork could require hundreds of dollars all at once. And, transferring ownership title to a buyer as each work sells would require more. To address these unique needs, National Fine Arts Title Registry created the Professional Artist Program.

For a monthly fee of only $15.00, you get:

Unlimited title registrations
- Display the original Registration Certificate with each artwork for potential customers to see (increases buyer confidence)
- Details of each piece are already in your portfolio so transfer to a buyer is extremely quick and easy.
- Keep an accurate inventory of your works in your online portfolio in case of loss

Unlimited title transfers

Transfer titles to your customers quickly without asking them to pay the transfer fee
Use a system that allows your buyer to initiate the title transfer if your work is purchased through an outlet other than your own

Marketing materials available for free download to help you promote that your works are registered
Other forms and information for download to smooth your business processes

Simply provide valid credit card information to pay the first month’s $15 service fee, and your Professional Artist Portfolio page will open upon submission. You can begin registration of your art immediately. Each month, the $15 subscription fee will be charged to your credit card automatically unless you cancel the service.

Standard Portfolio

For those artists who produce a smaller number of works or who retain most of their completed art, the Standard Portfolio may be a better value.

Each work is registered for a one-time fee of $10. If a registered work is sold or given to another, the title registration is moved to the new owner’s portfolio with a title transfer. The normal $10 title transfer fee is charged.
